1. Does your company test on animals?

Enavose Life Science is committed to the elimination of animal testing. Our lab is compliant with European Union's regulations. Our FIVE Guiding Principles are strictly implemented throughout the whole production development.

We say "No" to:

1.       Parabens, SLES, mineral oil and allergenic fragrances.
2.       Animal testing.

And we "Do":

1.       All skincare tested under dermatological supervision.
2.       Use of natural preservatives.
3.       Obtain ingredients and raw materials with species protection in mind.

2. Does Enavose offer gift sets and how do I find out about it?IT?

3. What is Enavose Advocates Program? 

This is part of our Love More & Care More Campaign. At Enavose, we believe everyone could have beautiful skin. We care about your skin and how good you look and feel. The program calls for both men and women who have skin concerns. We will design a customized program which includes skin diagnostic using latest technology and tailor a set of products to tackle your skin concerns. The consultation service and a set of full-sized products are given to Enavose Advocate at the cost ofEnavose. We believe at the end of the program, everyone will become our walking Enavose Advocate with glowing fine skin!

5. How does Enavose conduct product safety testing? 

Consumer safety has always been top priority at Enavose Life Science Co. Our lab is certified with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) to ensure the safety of all products brought to market by EnavoseLife Science Co.

All products will undergo product stability test to ensure its stability in formulation and put it to test under different levels of temperature.  They will then be tested by a group of panellists before being put in commercial sales.

6. How do I use the website to buy Enavose products? 

Enavose website is easy-to-use for shopping! Prior to shopping, you may register an Enavose Online profile first for us to store your account information.

Beside each product there's an "Add to Bag" button. Simply click on it and follow the instructions.  If you wish to checkout, you may click the "Continue Checkout" button to complete your order.

7. Is it allowed to return an online purchse to Enavose boutique store/counter? 

You may return an online purchase through enavose.com but not to Enavose boutique store/counter.  If you wish to return the product, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund upon its return. To find out how, please read our return & exchange policy.

8. Does Enavose accept international orders? 

Yes we do. For international orders, there will be an international shipping cost added to your purchase.

DELIVERY

13. When will i receive my order? 

For information on a specific order you've already placed, click here for your Order Status. For Standard Shipping in Singapore only, the delivery takes up 1 - 3 business days unless otherwise stated from the order's ship date. Depending on where your country is, international shipping can take up to 5 - 8 days unless otherwise stated.

14. What happens when I'm not at the time of delivery?

Our courier will leave a notification letter at your door for you to contact them to arrange another time of delivery. In order to avoid any inconvenience, kindly let us know your preferred delivery time or arrange for someone to collect your delivery.

15. What can I do when my ordered items are out of stocks? 

In case your selected item is shown as temporarily out of stocks, we will send an email to notify you that your order will be shipped once it's available. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by clicking on the links provided in the email. We will return your payment with the same payment method as you did after you have completed the process.
