Positions
1. Beauty Advisors (Full-time & Part-time)
As an Enavose Beauty Advisor, you are the face of the brand, the first source of contact with our valued customers. Your primary focus is to build and maintain relationships with them. You have to create a positive experience at the Enavose store, represent the highest standards in the service industry and reach daily sales and service goals.
By extending your friendliness to customers, you help them to select suitable beauty and health products to enhance their well-being.
Responsibilities
1. Meets/exceeds daily store sales and standards
- Invites clients into a cosy, welcoming environment
- Listens attentively and discovers individual client needs
- Shares expert product knowledge and conduct in-depth skin and wellness analysis
- Advises on wellness diagnosis and recommend clients suitable skin regimes
2. Builds business through creating new Enavose clients
- Continually invites potential clients to the store
- Participates in planning and executing special events and promotions
- Creates and maintains a loyal clientele through building rapport and maintain strong client relationships
3. Maintains an efficient, pristine store and personal Enavose image
- Works with Store Manager to ensure merchandising and counter standards are met: Practices hygiene standards, check in new stock, take inventory, and clean counter and testers.
- Represents and maintains an Enavose Beauty Advisor brand image at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, be comfortable approaching and touching clients
- Possesses a positive and energetic attitude with goal-oriented outlook
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
- Floor coverage flexibility & dependability with schedules including some nights and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
- Speaks fluent English and Chinese
- Prior working experience in sales is preferred
